We’re excited that a little while back we got to work on a fantastic advert for Philips. The concept for the advert was by worldwide advertising agency DDB.
We approached the project slightly differently to normal. We were given a loose brief from DDB that they wanted to show a mouse being sucked up to some floorboards to display the ‘suction power’ of the new Philips vacuum - so we produced a number of storyboard options.
After agreeing a solution with DDB, we then worked in 3D and Photoshop to come up with a photo-realistic image while retained a degree of humour.
The final image ended up being used internationally to publicise the vacuum, and was even entered into the Cannes International Advertising awards. We were also pleased to see the ad crop up in Digital Arts magazine - to see the final image click here.
