We got really excited a while ago because we collected the award for ‘Best Architectural Exterior Image’ at the 2009 CGArchitect Awards.
The prize was awarded for the Gyldenløves Gate Apartments image we produced on behalf of Lund Hagem Arkitekter. We were also nominated for ‘Best Overall Architectural Image’.
Over 1000 images were submitted to the awards, a selection of around 500 entries was put to a judging panel (we had a total of 4 images selected at this stage). The panel consisted of 12 artists from numerous international visualisation studios, who selected our image as the top exterior, and also put us in the top 5 for ‘Overall Image’.
The awards were held at the Mundos Digitales conference in La Coruña. James attended the conference, and was there to pick up the award on behalf of the studio.
